Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By booking any of our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Booking & Deposits

​

• All bookings require a 25% deposit, payable via bank transfer.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new booking if at least 48 hours’ notice is given in the event of a cancellation.

Payment Terms

​

• Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work and vehicle handover.

​​

Vehicle Preparation

​

• Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the start of your appointment.

• We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

Pricing Policy

​

• All prices are provided as a guideline only.

• We reserve the right to apply additional charges for:

  • Excessive soiling

  • Pet hair

  • Vomit, bodily fluids, or any other contamination requiring extended treatment time

Mobile Service conditions

​

• Our insurance requires that work only be carried out at safe and suitable locations.

• We cannot operate:

  • On main roads

  • In public car parks (unless written permission is provided)

  • In any location that may pose a risk to our safety or equipment

• In the event of adverse weather, your deposit will be retained and applied to a rescheduled appointment.

On-Site Requirements

​

• We require:

  • Full access to open all vehicle doors independently

  • A mains electricity supply at the service location

• We carry our own water, but in some cases, may require access to additional water depending on the job.

​​

Travel Charges

​

• Travel is free within 30 minutes of our base.

• Beyond that, travel is charged at £20 per hour (both ways).
